To support your dog’s ongoing care, we create a personalised record card that is securely stored in line with the latest GDPR guidelines.
After every visit, we update this record so we always have the most up-to-date picture of yours dogs health, wellbeing, and grooming requirements. This way you can always feel confident that your furry friend is always in safe and caring hands.

Puppy Grooming Services
We believe it’s so important to help your new best friend feel comfortable with grooming right from the start. That’s why we recommend introducing your puppy gradually across three sessions. To show how passionate we are about your dog’s long-term wellbeing, we even offer the first session completely FREE!
Your puppy’s first visit to the groomer can take place around two weeks after their second vaccination set. Starting young makes the process so much easier—puppies are more adaptable at this stage, and a positive early experience sets the foundation for a lifetime of stress-free grooming. This not only helps your groomer but also makes grooming at home a far more enjoyable experience for you and your pup.
🐾 Puppy’s First Groom Programme
A gentle, three-session journey to help your puppy feel safe, confident, and ready for future grooming experiences.
Session 1 – Introduction & Confidence Building (30 minutes)
- Gentle introduction to the salon environment
- Focus on helping your puppy feel calm, safe, and relaxed
- Lots of positive praise, cuddles, and reassurance
- Eye, ear, and hygiene area cleaning
- Nail trim (if needed)
Session 2 – Bath Time Experience & Mini Groom
- Bath using our puppy-friendly booster bath insert
- Gentle body massage with delicate puppy shampoo
- Blow dry and gentle brushing
- Tidy-up around eyes, paws, or hygiene areas if required (scissor finish)
- Ears cleaned and nails trimmed (if needed)
Session 3 – Full Groom Preparation
- Bath and gentle body massage with puppy-safe shampoo
- Blow dry and gentle brushing
- Option for a Full Groom (tidy-up or scissor styling)
- For puppies with developed adult coat (usually 6–8 months), a clip can be offered
